Your Leaf course is just the beginning.

We support Leaf alumni with individual mentorship, access to expert networks, fellowship opportunities and referrals, project incubation and funding, and an ongoing peer community through university and beyond.

Our Winter 2026 cohort will provide an exclusive referral for the top 10% of Leaf participants to the prestigious youth research programs run by Non-Trivial, which provide project mentorship and a pathway to $1,000 project grants and up to $10,000 scholarships.

We also refer our alumni to selective programs including:

Leaf Alumni Projects and Research

After Leaf we’ve incubated, funded, and supported projects designed by alumni that have reached thousands of additional youth interested in positive impact:

  • Youth United for Good: A non-profit organisation focused on young people working together to raise money for the research-backed, highest impact, most cost-effective charities in the world.

  • Workspeak: A charity committed to using debate as a platform to get young minds thinking about the world's most pressing issues.

  • Scholarly Service Society: A competition for students to showcase their research and problem-solving skills in addressing pressing global challenges.

  • Code for Impact: A free, beginner-friendly online hackathon where you learn how to design impactful ideas, then build them — apps, games, or other tech projects.

Our Fellows have also conducted research and writing on topics they explored during the course, like the examples below from our summer 2025 Fellows:
